Journaling Exercise: What Do You Do to Feel Better?

We all get in a funk from time to time. Sometimes it’s a real force of will to pull yourself out. The first thing to do is realize where you are. Great, sounds easy. Not so much. Sometimes you have to learn your red flags.

Now, what do we do? I have to make a game plan.

Restart routines. Start journaling again. Sometimes I take a walk. It’s a day-by-day process. It’s okay if all you manage is personal hygiene. That is a step in the right direction. When I’m really down it takes all my energy just to get out of bed. I have to really fight to not just sit back down and give up. Luckily, a person doesn’t have to be a paragon of mental health to be psychic or I would be out of work.

That being said the things that help me get out of that funk are the same things that make being a psychic easier. Things like meditation and gratitude exercises help a lot.
