Journaling Exercise: How Have These Exercises Affected You?

Some of them are fun. Some are hard.

I’ve tried to be honest and positive. That’s helped me remember good things.

It’s no secret that I deal with severe depression. When it’s bad it’s hard to be positive. So these exercises make me look at things or force me to be positive. It’s sometimes really hard.

I’m glad I’m doing this. It feels like a step forward.
